Welcome to LinkLens.co (“LinkLens,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of LinkLens.co, our mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using LinkLens, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use LinkLens.
If you are under 18, you may only use LinkLens with consent of a parent or guardian.

You may not use the Services if:

• You are prohibited by law from using them
• Your account has been suspended or removed

2. Your Account

2.1 Registration

You must create an account to use certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

• Comments and link-comments
• Tags and moods
• Images, videos, and attachments
• Profile information
• Reactions, replies, and links between posts

3.1 Your Rights

You retain ownership of your Content.
By posting on LinkLens, you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Display, host, store, distribute, and reproduce your Content
• Promote LinkLens using non-private content
• Generate visualizations (e.g., Echo graphs) based on your Content

This license exists only for operating and improving the Services.

3.2 Public vs. Private Content

• Public posts may be visible to anyone on or off LinkLens
• Private posts are not shown publicly
• Posts may be indexed by search engines unless marked private
• Deleted posts may remain in backups for a limited time

3.3 Prohibited Content

You may not post content that is:

• Illegal, abusive, harmful, or threatening
• Harassing, hateful, or targeting protected groups
• Explicit sexual content involving minors
• Promoting violence or self-harm
• Spam, deceptive, or misleading
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Malicious code, scripts, or viruses

We reserve the right to remove or restrict Content at our discretion.

4. Your Behavior on LinkLens

You agree not to:

• Harass or impersonate others
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or scrape the platform
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass security controls
• Abuse the tagging, linking, or Echo systems
• Use automated tools (bots, crawlers) without permission
• Engage in illegal or fraudulent behavior
• Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions

We reserve the right to enforce community guidelines and moderate behavior.

5. Platform Features

5.1 Tags, Moods & Linking System

LinkLens uses a unique system where posts can be connected using:

• Tags
• Moods
• Direct link-comments
• The Echo visualization

Using the platform means you understand and agree that:

• Your public posts may appear as nodes in visual maps
• Other users may link to your public posts
• Removing a post may remove or anonymize those links

5.2 Sponsored Content

You may see:

• Sponsored Lenses
• Promotional content
• Advertiser-based tags or recommendations

We do not sell personal information.
We may use non-identifying analytics to improve ad relevance.

5.3 Mobile App

If you use the LinkLens mobile app:

• The app may cache content locally
• The app may send push notifications
• The app may collect device analytics for performance & security

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

All LinkLens code, branding, visuals, and features—including:

• Echo visualizations
• Feed design
• Linking engine
• Logos, trademarks, and UI
  —are owned by LinkLens and protected by law.

You may not copy or redistribute the platform without permission.

6.2 Third-Party Rights

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload any content you share.

7. Payments & Premium Features (if applicable)

If you purchase ads, subscriptions, or premium features:

• All payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• Abuse of payment systems may lead to suspension

If you plan to add paid features later, this section is already valid.

8. Disclaimers

LinkLens is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including:

• Accuracy of content
• Availability or uptime
• Error-free experience
• Fitness for a particular purpose

We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee any user-generated content.

You use the platform at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• LinkLens and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
• This includes loss of data, profits, reputation, or access.
• In any case, our total liability is limited to $50 USD or the amount you paid us in the last 6 months (whichever is greater).

Some regions do not allow certain disclaimers—those rules apply accordingly.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify LinkLens from any claims arising out of:

• Your use of the Services
• Your Content
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of intellectual property or rights of others

11. Changes to the Services

• Update the linking or Echo algorithms
• Limit or discontinue portions of the platform

We will attempt to notify users of major changes when possible.

Continued use of LinkLens after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflicts of law.

Any disputes must be resolved in state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
