It’s weird how you can be around people all day and still feel completely alone. Conversations happen, noise is everywhere, but none of it actually reaches you. Everyone’s talking, laughing, scrolling, moving from one thing to the next… and you’re right there with them, but somehow still outside of it. Sometimes it feels like you’re just existing in the background of everyone else’s life. Like an extra in a movie scene that nobody really notices. Not invisible exactly… just not connected.
