At What Point Is This Too Much?
I care about my best friend a lot, but her struggles are starting to weigh on me too. I’ve tried suggesting help, therapy… she won’t hear it. I want to support her, but I’m running out of energy — and dealing with my own stuff alone. At what point does helping someone start hurting you?
